No. Credits are a one-time purchase and never expire. There is no subscription — buy a pack and use it whenever you like.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Just buy another credit pack whenever you need more. There's no monthly commitment — you top up only when you want to.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided fewer than 50% of the credits have been used. Email support@tradetest.ai. Refunds are processed by Paddle.
